Begun in 1983 as the "Exciting Car Show" in Tokyo, Harumi, it has been held every year since, this time marking the 27th opening of the event. A total of 388 exhibitor companies, 626 exhibition cars and over three days, some 229,201 people came to the event.
The exhibited "Gallant Fortis Sportback RALLIART tuned by RALLIART" comes in the standardized RALLIART colours of red, silver and black, with all sports parts that advance the present development installed. The hatchback-style body evokes a sense of fun, combined with sporty aero parts and a driving position afforded by the sport driving full bucket seats (RECARO). There was a lot of interest in the front of the car, visitors leaning in to see carbon fibre parts and stickers. In addition, all kinds of functionality was shown with the combination of sports parts on the totally tuning version of the "Lancer Evolution X tuned by RALLIART", the intensity of which really turned some heads. The "Colt RALLIART Version-R tuned by RALLIART", features a light, sporty feeling, and gained considerable popularity as an enjoyable model to run.
At the venue, many Lancer Evolution users and car enthusiasts visited with their companions and family members, and experienced the stability of the deep red-coloured full-bucket driver's seat, the hold and ease of the car's operation, and the overwhelming sporty feeling of the car. In addition, the children enjoyed playing with the steering wheel and shift knob, having fun discovering the moveable parts.
In RALLIART shop, there were shift knobs, oil filler caps and limited edition stickers for the bonnet on sale, making them even more popular. Additionally, pre-sales of MITSUBISHI COMPETITION MODEL components, sports parts and the ever-popular "Dress-up" parts, as well as goods etc. saw strong sales.
