Competition-use "Clutch Disk"

RALLIART INC. (President: Masao Taguchi) has racing "clutch disks" for the Colt 1.5C going on sale from Monday, May 18th.

These "clutch disks" are the same as those used in the Colt 1.5C (Z23A) on the 2008 All Japan Rally Championship (JN 1.5 Class), with less cushion on the axle direction giving a more linear feeling of control, while preserving a high fade point and greater durability. On the facing an organic abrasive is employed using special high strength fibers, increasing both the fade point at the start and ease of handling. The diameter is 200 mm, with a 6.8 mm facing, and can be used with standard clutch covers.

* This product is intended for use in competitive racing, so after installation engine noise will increase dramatically.
Also, once the facing has decreased in thickness by 1.5mm replacement will be necessary.
