New Directors

During one of its scheduled shareholder's meeting and in particular, an extraordinary director's meeting held today, Ralliart Inc. announced the appointment of its new directors. The meeting included the appointment of Yukimichi KITANE, former president of Mitsubishi Motors America, Inc. and chairman of Mitsubishi Motors R&D of America Inc., to act as its representative director and president. Former Ralliart Inc. president Rakuzo MITAMURA has been appointed advisor.

A brief description of Mr. Kitane's background is presented below.

Mr. Kitane's Experience in Motor Sports:

- 1968/1969 Visited Australia and formed a local team as the manager of the Mitsubishi team in the Australia Southern Cross Rally. - In 25 years from 1970 to 1995, Kitane led the motor sports activities of the Passenger Car Commodity Planning Dept. at Mitsubishi Motor Corp. From it's inception, he was a staunch promoter of Ralliart and Ralliart Europe and served as one of its directors. He was responsible for merchandise planning for the Lancer Evolution and rally activities of the World Rally Championship (WRC). - Through his long career and involvement in motor sports activities, Kitane has cultivated a wide and influential network of business associates around the world.
